The Day of Coordinator

This package is perfect for the client who has planned their event and needs a professional coordinator to manage the scheduled program. SaskEvents ensures timelines are followed, key moments are coordinated, and vendors and participants stay on track so you can enjoy your event with confidence.
The Event Coordinator
Starting at $1700
This package is perfect for the host who wants additional support bringing their plans to life. SaskEvents provides coordination and oversight throughout the setup, scheduled program, and wrap-up process—helping guide your team, vendors, and designated helpers to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly.
Customization & Add On's
Customize one of our coordination packages by adding optional services from our Add-On Menu or contact us to create a custom package tailored to your event.
All services listed in our packages and Add-On Menu are available individually, with no minimum number of services required. Whether you're looking for a little extra support or a fully customized coordination experience, we're happy to help create the right fit for your day.

Pricing varies and will be provided via quote. These services are available as optional add-ons and are not included unless otherwise specified. All items are subject to availability.
Planning Support
We research & compare vendors to provide recommendations based on your vision and budget for each service; answer planning questions; and offer professional advice to help you make informed decisions.
Auxiliary Event Planning
We provide specialty rates for smaller functions that relate to your main event:
A wedding shower before your wedding
An orientation meeting before your tradeshow
A meet & greet social before your corporate event
A gift opening party after your wedding
Venue Layout Services
We provide space planning services to venue owners and event hosts. This includes creating stock or custom floor plans, elevations and/or 3D views for your spaces.
Any travel more than 40km from Saskatoon, SK is subject to extra charges.
Any services not listed may be quoted on request.
