We design the event layout and provide to-scale plans to ensure all the vendors requirements are met and allocated, and that everything fits perfectly.

We create the event timeline that follows your vision and add in all the little details and logistics to ensure a seamless event.

We create and manage checklists to keep vendors and/or attendees with responsibilities on track so they are meeting your vision.

We meet the vendors and provide direction for their set up & duties throughout the event.

We provide set-up directions and visuals to for the set-up crew, and we provide direction, oversight, and assistance to make sure the design is pieced together perfectly. 

We oversee the entire event production and ensure it is going to plan to reflect our host's vision.

We are here for you at your beck and call all day & can assist guests with any needs on your behalf.
